Early menopause: Early menopause is also one of the major causes for female infertility. This can be mainly caused due to the early weakening of ovarian follicles before you reach 35 years of age.

Vitamin B: This vitamin is very useful for the development of healthy fetus during pregnancy. For the proper functioning of female reproductive system, B complex vitamin and other B vitamins are very essential.
Folic acid: This is helpful in the prevention of fallopian tube defects and helps in the fertilization of egg.
Zinc: This mineral is mainly helpful in the cell division and also useful in controlling the tissue formation. Excessive intake of zinc can decrease the copper content in your body.
How can you improve the chances of fertility?
- Regular exercise is always important to maintain proper health. It doesn’t mean that you need to do exercises more intensely. Excessive exercise is also not advisable as it can stop your periods and can lead to infertility.
- Try to limit the consumption of caffeine. If you are trying for pregnancy then you must take only 250mg of coffee in a day.
- Try to avoid alcohol, nicotine and other harmful drugs which can impair your ability to conceive.
