Perimenopause symptoms usually occur 10 to 15 years before the actual menopause of every woman.

1. Night sweats and hot flashes

One of the first perimenopause symptoms is having abnormal hot flashes or frequent night sweats. When experiencing these, you should be more attentive of your condition and check if you are experiencing other perimenopause symptoms before having yourself checked by your doctor.

2. No Sexual Desire

Lack of sexual desire is one of the most common perimenopause symptoms around. If you no longer have the drive to have sex with your partner like usually do, then it is very much advised that you should have yourself checked immediately.
