A lot of people think that a headache is just a headache and that it isn’t important. Nonetheless no pain should ever be ignored because it is the body’s way of telling you that there is something wrong.
If you know your body well enough you will know when to get alarmed and when the pain is something that lacks importance.
While most people usually ignore headaches, in some cases it is important to get help. If you have a cold most probably it is just a sinus headache. Nonetheless it is also possible to have a brain tumor or brain hemorrhage.
No matter what kind of pain you have, if you don’t know where it comes from, it is best to see a doctor.
