We all know that the breakfast is the most important meal of the day, and in order to start your day in force you should opt for the right kinds of food to kick off your day. What do you think the celebrities are having at their breakfast table?

Healthy Eating Tips

1. Ashley Tisdale

Usually she has some fresh fruit for breakfast (her favorite is grapefruit), some toast and an egg white omelet. The omelet comes with lean protein, the fruits offer natural vitamin C and sugar, and the toast comes with wholegrain carbs that offer you a magnificent combination for an energy boost.

Omelet

In order to have some healthy omelet for breakfast you need two eggs, a teaspoon of olive oil, two tablespoons of goat cheese, half a teaspoon of minced chives, half a grapefruit, a slice of toast, a teaspoon of raspberry preserves and some salt and pepper.

Whisk the two eggs, adding some salt and pepper and also add the cheese and some chives. Heat the olive oil in a pan and cook the mixture until it gets the right consistency. Serve the omelet with grapefruit and the raspberry preserves.

2. Whitney Port

In case you are looking for some energy on the go, you should opt for the Banana Nut smoothie, just like she does. In case of this smoothie you can use almond milk which is a good source of calcium.

The banana adds some taste to the smoothie and some sweetness without much sugar.

In case you would like to prepare this smoothie at home, you should have at hand a banana that is best frozen, a cup of cashew or almond milk, ¼ teaspoon of vanilla and a bit of cinnamon. In order to get the smoothie ready all you have to do is to place the banana, vanilla, milk and cinnamon in the blender and blend the ingredients well. In the end you could sprinkle the smoothie with cinnamon if you want to.

Is replacing smart?

In case you are thinking about replacing a good breakfast with one single smoothie, you should know that it is a bad idea. Although some of the smoothies fill you with energy, they don’t have all the nutrients to keep you running until lunch time. You should have all three meals of a day and have smoothies as a kind of snack when you feel like you could use some extra energy.
