i just had an abortion it was in its initial stage 4week 6days but my doctor just gave me 2tab to swallow and two tab to put into my vagina.i did blleed heavyly on the first day but second day its vry less infact its bleeding as its 5 day of my menses.i dnt want to go to doc knw its vry embarsing.plz smbody tell me is it normal

Hi,
I live in Dubai. I had sex with my boy friend 3 weeks back. I was not having my period this month which usually comes in the first week. I had a medical check this morning and was told that I am pregnant. I cant have an abortion done in Dubai because its illegal here. Can anyone suggest me how I could get an abortion done? I know I shouldn’t have done this but its too late for me to regret.
