The Women’s Health Mag offers a short and simple checklist of dos and don’ts to keep breast cancer at bay:
- Monthly self exams should be done so that you can detect any change in shape, size, texture of the breast. Do this at the same time every month, that is the same time of the monthly cycle.
- Eat a healthy diet.
- Exercise for half an hour 5 times a week.
- Take daily a multi vitamin which includes Vitamin D as well.
