Treatment Method 1:

Convert 100 gm of melon seeds into powdered form and also powder 100 gm of poppy seeds. Mix these both powders and store in a container. 1 teaspoon of this mixture can be taken with water every morning and evening to relieve high blood pressure condition.

Treatment Method 2:

A clove of garlic is considered great for those suffering from the condition of high blood pressure. To lower down the blood pressure, one can chew one clove of garlic first thing in the morning every day and then wash it down with a glass of water. If you are unable to chew the garlic glove then you can first convert it into powdered form and then have it with water.

Treatment Method 3:

Take 25-30 curry leaves and then make a juice of it with a glass of water. Strain this juice properly and have it every morning first thing after waking up. If you do not like the taste of this juice then you can also add a bit of limejuice to it.

Treatment Method 4:

If you do not prefer the taste of the above mentioned juice, then you can also use either fenugreek leaves or coriander leaves to make the juice with a combination of water.  These juices have no side effects and have been proven to provide relief to those suffering from high blood pressure but only if taken on a regular basis.

Another method which is natural and can be tried at home to lower down the high blood pressure is by mixing 1 teaspoon of honey with 1 teaspoon of ginger juice and 1 teaspoon of cumin powder. This mixture must be taken twice a day for maximum benefit.
