Pores in the skin can bring lot of skin troubles like blackheads, acne etc. Though pores are relatively harmless, they have a way of standing out in public, especially when you put on make- up and, they are extremely annoying on people with oily skin. These pores accumulate a lot of dirt and dust when you go outside and even trap your makeup element inside them.

It should be remembered that you should never poke, squeeze or rub a blocked skin pore – it will lead to infected acne. No matter how well a skin regime you follow, large pores can always come up making your skin blemishes look bigger and uglier. However, skin pores are also essential as without them you wouldn’t sweat and that would cause the body to get overheated.

Below given are the ways through which you can achieve a poreless skin –

ways to get poreless skin

1. Exfoliate your Skin

Exfoliation is the one thing you should always do to keep your skin at arm’s length from dust, grease and oil. You should exfoliate your skin on a daily basis, especially areas that are relatively exposed all day.

The best time to do it is before you go to sleep at night, because then you can remove all accumulated dust of the entire day all at once. Try using a mild cleanser or a gentle scrubber that supports your skin type. However, avoid scrubbing your skin extensively because you end up drying your skin out as well as breaking the thin endodermis layer.

2. Apply Moisturizer and Palmer

After you have exfoliated your skin gently, apply a moisturizer that keeps your skin moisturized for at least 6 to 7 hours daily. Avoid relying on extremely tinted moisturizers that often have an opposite effect from what you have planned while using it.

Try a moisturizer that is either a little light or a little dark. After that you can also use a palmer on your moisturized skin. While you are going out, apply a foundation that gives your exposed skin coverage.

3. Eat Healthy Food

Ultimately, whether you have good skin or not, everything depends on how you are treating it from inside rather than from outside. Instead of trying to hide your pores and blemishes, why not try to eradicate it altogether by eating lots of fruits and green leafy vegetables. They are good for your skin and give a radiant from the inside. Also, drink lots and lots of water every day, and you will find many of your problems disappearing fast.

4. Baking Soda

Take 2 teaspoons of warm water and equal amount of baking soda to make a paste. Then take it on your fingertip and spread it through circular motion on the pores for about half an hour. Finally, wash off with water. Use this method every night for 5 to 7 days. If you ask celebrities, most of them rely on baking soda solution for getting rid of facial pores. For people who have sensitive skin, baking soda should be avoided as it causes skin irritation for a while.
