The main problems involved with ovulation are irregular menstrual cycle or no periods for long time, mental stress, and lack of essential nutrients, improper diet, and also hormonal imbalance.
Why do most of the females suffer from infertility?
There are many reasons for female infertility. The top causes for not being pregnant includes damage of fallopian tube, ovulation disorders, early menopause, pelvic adhesions, and also due to polycystic ovary syndrome. It can also be due to the presence of fibroid in your uterus.

Mycoplasma pneumonia is the most common form of bacterial infection.
It is contagious disease which is mostly seen in children with 5-19 years of age.
It is also known as walking pneumonia, which causes respiratory illness.
Mycoplasma is a bacterial form of micro organisms which resembles the fungal elements.
Mycoplasmal organisms mainly affect the antigen I of red blood cells due to which auto anti bodies are produced which can cause cytotoxic damage to epithelial cells.
How can you recognize mycoplasma pneumonia?
The main problem in identifying this infection is that the symptoms in the initial stages of mycoplasmal infection are similar to influenza or cold. It starts with mild sore throat and then continued with severe cough and running nose, which is common and similar to cold or influenza.
The simple clue to distinguish walking pneumonia and cold is that cough caused due to cold can be cured without using antibiotics where as cough due to mycoplasmal pneumonia is cured only after using antibiotics.
There are many ways to identify the symptoms associated with this bacterial infection. The first symptom is mild sore throat associated with low grade fever which gets worsen day by day. After few days, you may suffer with non productive dry cough.
Women can survive from ovarian tumor if detected in early stages.
But it cannot be detected in early stages, as it shows mild or no symptoms until the disease has progressed to an advanced stage.
That’s the reason why it is called as “silent” cancer of the reproductive system. It ranks 5th in cancer deaths among women.
Ovarian tumor stages:
The ovarian tumor picture is classified into
Stage1: Confined only to ovaries
Stage2: Spreads to pelvis such as fallopian tube or uterus
Stage3: Spreads to lymph nodes and lining of abdomen
Stage4: Spreads to organs beyond abdomen
Early detection i.e. in stage 1 or 2 is benign ovarian tumor. Detection in this stage is hard but early detection can bring 5 years survival to 95%.
If the tumor is detected in 3rd or 4th stage, which is an advanced state of tumor, where this is spread to other organs, survival at this stage is less than 5%.
Tagging of the reasons:
- Epithelial tumor: the cancer tumors are developed in epithelial, the thin layer of tissue which covers ovaries and is seen in postmenopausal women.
Myomectomy is a surgical treatment in which benign tumors are removed from uterus.
These tumors are called fibroids which are responsible for building muscular walls in uterus.
Due to these fibroids, the chances of getting pregnancy will be reduced and causes excessive bleeding and pain during menstruation.
What are the different techniques involved in myomectomy?
Various techniques are evolved for myomectomy treatment. It can be done through vaginal incision or with hysteroscopy or laparoscope and can also be done through abdominal incision.
Abdominal myomectomy: if there are more number of fibroids which are deeply rooted to the walls of uterus then this technique is employed. In this process, uterus is accessed with one long cut through the abdomen.
Usually horizontal incision is preferred over vertical; it depends on the presence of fibroids. Abdominal myomectomy always takes longer time to recover.
Hysteroscopic myomectomy: In this operation an instrument called resectoscope is used. Resectoscope is nothing but hysteroscope connected with a wire loop.
Using this instrument fibroids are detached through dilated cervix. When electrical energy is passed through the loop, it will set the fibroid loose, which can be removed through vagina.
